North boundary is Jupiter. South boundary is Homestead. Between those two points someone from our team comes to your house, measures the space, and gives you the price at that same visit. In most cases the whole house is installed inside two to three days.

Three counties
We are based in Coconut Creek, which sits near the middle of the area we cover. That is deliberate. It puts every appointment inside a reasonable drive, so a Boca visit in the morning and a Miami visit in the afternoon is a normal day here rather than a special trip.
Four people run roughly fifteen in-home visits a day across the three counties. Six to seven install crews work the same footprint, and Walter dispatches them himself. There is no walk-in location to visit. We come to you.

The constants
Every appointment in every city is an in-home visit. We install vinyl plank, porcelain and stone tile, laminate, hardwood and carpet, and the person who comes out can walk you through all of it in one appointment.
We do not split those into two trips no matter how far the drive is. The space gets laser-measured, the price is given before anyone leaves, and a signing link goes to your phone. How the process runs.
The minimum is the same in Homestead as it is two miles from our base. It is roughly a living room plus a hallway, and it is what makes the model work.
Local differences
South Florida is more varied than it looks from the outside, and three local factors change flooring jobs meaningfully.
Slab-on-grade construction is close to universal here, and it drives the whole install: moisture testing, vapor barriers, leveling compound, and why floating floors dominate the market. It also rules solid wood out of most houses, which is covered in more detail on the hardwood page.
Above the ground floor, nearly every association requires hard flooring to sit on a sound-rated underlayment, written into the rules as a minimum IIC or STC value, which is just a number measuring how much noise your floor sends into the unit below. Many also want written approval before install day, and older beachfront and country-club buildings tend to be the strictest. Get us your building document at the estimate and we will quote to it.
Storms, king tides, a failed water heater, a supply line under a sink. A large share of the floors we replace are going in because water got into the old one, which is most of the reason waterproof vinyl plank is 60% of what we install.
