What we collect through this website, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.

The short version: the form collects your name, phone, email and ZIP so we can call you about your floor. We do not sell it. Email us and we will delete it.
This policy covers the Ozzifloors website and the contact form on it. Ozzifloors is a flooring installation business based in Coconut Creek, Florida, working across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

The contact form asks for your name, your phone number, your email address, your ZIP code, the approximate square footage of the job, the type of flooring you are considering, and anything else you choose to write in the notes field. Email is optional. The rest is what we need to call you back and work out whether we can help.
If you call or text us instead, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call. If you email us, we have your email address and the contents of your message.
One thing: contacting you about your flooring project. That means calling or texting you back, booking the in-home visit, sending you the price and a signing link, and following up if we have not heard from you. If you become a customer, we also use it to schedule and carry out the installation.
We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
It is shared only where the work requires it: with the installation crew assigned to your job, so they know where to be and what the job is, and with the ordinary business tools we use to run the company, such as email, phone and the software that holds our jobs and estimates. Those providers handle it on our behalf, not for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Submitting the form, or calling us, is how you tell us it is fine to contact you back by phone, text or email about your project. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message we send you and we will stop texting that number. To stop calls, tell whoever you are speaking with, or email us, and we will note it. Asking us to stop contacting you does not require a reason.
This website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and which ads bring them here. That information is used in aggregate to improve the site and our advertising. It is not used to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with your form submission to build a profile of you.
Your browser can block or delete cookies. The site works without them.
Email ozzifloors@gmail.com and ask, from the email address you used or with enough detail that we can find your record, and we will delete what we hold about you. You can also ask us what we hold, or ask us to correct something that is wrong.
Some records tied to work we actually performed for you, such as an invoice, may need to be kept for normal business and tax reasons.
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we will remove it.
We take reasonable care with the information you give us and limit access to the people who need it to do the work. No website or business can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this one on this page. Material changes to how we handle your information will be reflected here.
