Usually within a few days. One of the four people who run our in-home visits walks the rooms with you and looks at what’s on the floor now.
At that same visit, and a signing link goes to your phone.
A single room is usually one day. A whole house is normally two to three.
Two things worth knowing
We start at 400 square feet. That’s roughly a living room plus a hallway. Below that we don’t send anyone out to measure, and we’d rather tell you here than in your driveway.
Tell us if you’re in a condo or behind a gate. Condo buildings have their own flooring rules and sound requirements, and gated communities need us cleared at the guardhouse. Both are easy to handle in advance and annoying to discover on the day.
